Appro, Inc in Tulsa, OK seeks a Public Relations Specialist.

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Any Major*

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain working relationships with about 10 customer and their accounts
• Build a professional and personal network of about 10 current customers, and use their network to get more potential customers
• Build companys business images and reputation by creating companys logo and websites
• Promote companys reputations via online through social media such as Facebook page, Instagram, and Google business places
• Update and maintain companys website and social media postings to make company more attractive and visible online
• Maintain about 10 customers account with the company by:
  • Prompting answering the questions through the phone and emails from customers
  • Settles complaints and conflicts from customers
  • Keeping databases of each complain call and the email daily
  • Doing site-visits (follow-up) for customers
  • Informing the other employees with any urgent calls from customer to fill customers needs
