We have developed our resources and personnel to meet these goals. We believe in not just meeting your expectations, but exceeding them! We have focused our management, training, and documentation on these requirements. At the same time, we are looking for ways to improve processes and reduce consumption to help ensure a better tomorrow. We offer full criminal background checks and E-Verify on all personnel and periodic, random drug tests for employees.

All clients have a trained, professional, account manager who is available 24/7/365 to handle any problems that arise. Managers are fully trained in all aspects of services we provide. From top to bottom, understanding the daily challenges of cleaning is something all Appro staff are trained to handle. Since 1984, we have been perfecting our work habits, disciplines, and ideas. Today, Appro is responsible for the daily challenges of cleaning of over 35 million square feet of offices, schools, industrial buildings, medical facilities, and other businesses. Our work involves the work of over 2,200 cleaners, supervisors, floor technicians, and managers.

With our 98% retention rate, 85% of Appro customers have been doing business with us for 5 years or more. 40% have been with us for 10 years or more. As we have grown, we have put every effort to not lose touch with the basic tenets of doing good business, give good service at a good price and always keep our word. This shows our commitment is not just talk. We strive to maintain our relationships with proper communication, follow through, and accurate reporting/record keeping.
